Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Englewood,
CO (100% Onsite) Industry: Construction Salary Range: $55,000 -
$65,000 Overview: Our client, a rapidly growing company in the

detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their

Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable
process, including AIA billing and payment tracking. Maintain
accurate records and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing
discrepancies and respond to client inquiries. Utilize Microsoft
Excel for data manipulation, including VLOOKUPs, to analyze and
report on AR trends. Communicate effectively across teams using
Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Support the month-end close process
as it relates to receivables. Qualifications: Proven experience as
an Accounts Receivable Specialist, ideally within the construction
industry. Strong understanding of AIA billing processes and general
AR functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-especially
Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to work independently with a
proactive, self-starter approach. Excellent communication and
analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. Experience using
