Job Description:
SNI Companies is proud to partner with our client in the search
for a skilled Senior B2B Collector . The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 5 years of B2B collections experience, strong written
and verbal communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel. This role is best suited for a results-driven
professional who can efficiently manage customer accounts and
consistently meet collection goals. Key Responsibilities: Perform
B2B collection activities, including contacting customers to
resolve outstanding invoices. Develop and implement operational
practices and procedures to improve collection rates and reduce
delinquency. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to
address and resolve customer issues. Meet or exceed established
collection goals and targets. Ensure compliance with company
policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of
experience in B2B collections. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Some proficiency in Excel. Results-oriented
with a proven track record of meeting collection goals. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving
skills and attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits The
compensation for this position starts at $30.00 an hour. Your
actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills,
knowledge and abilities, including work experience. Insurance, and
