Flexible hybrid schedule Excellent benefits 9/80 schedule 401K match Career growth Job Details Job Responsibilities: Lead the compilation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures, ensuring all supplemental schedules required for public reporting are accurately prepared. Create comprehensive internal monthly financial reports and conduct detailed variance analyses comparing actual performance to budgeted figures. Conduct thorough reviews and entries of monthly journal transactions with precision and compliance. Manage the monthly financial close process, maintaining the calendar and ensuring all associated tasks and checklists are completed timely and accurately. Partner with the SEC reporting team to perform research on complex accounting issues and contribute insights and technical analysis to draft position papers, especially for adopting new accounting regulations. Supervise a team of Financial Accountants by overseeing their work, offering guidance and mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring continuous development. Direct the preparation of monthly accruals for lease-related operating expenses and capital expenditures. • • Track spending trends, analyze cost structures and key operational indicators, and share essential financial data with internal stakeholders.
