is bonus-eligible up to 10% annually. ? What You'll Do as an
Accounts Payable Specialist: ? Full-Cycle Invoice Processing (60%)
As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you'll manage a high volume of
utility invoices, including indexing, routing for approval, and
preparing batches for payment. ? Weekly Check Runs & Payments (25%)
Take the lead on Monday and Wednesday check runs. You'll ensure
timely and accurate processing of ACH, checks, and wires,
maintaining strong relationships with vendors and resolving
inquiries promptly. ? GL Research & Support (15%) You'll assist
with general ledger coding, support month-end processes, and
collaborate on AP process improvements. The Accounts Payable
Specialist helps keep the financial engine running smoothly. ? What
You Bring to the Team: 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable
Specialist in a high-volume environment, ideally with utility
invoice processing Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail Comfortable with Microsoft Teams and the full Office Suite A
