Medical Director | Managing Veterinarian, you'll be at
the/nforefront of our practice's success: /n - Partner with
leadership to/n shape the strategic direction and vision of the
practice, develop and/n execute financial planning, and
prioritizing initiatives that/n drive growth and excellence of the
practice. /n - Build strong relationships with/n clients, actively
listening to their concerns and empathizing with their/n needs. /n
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and a/n full range of
diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures. /n -
Communicate clearly and compassionately with/n clients regarding
diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, and/n nutritional
guidance. /n - Maintain meticulous client and patient records,/n
ensuring all logs are up-to-date and accurate. /n - Stay ahead of
the curve by remaining current on new/n medical information and
advancements in veterinary medicine. /n - Play a vital role in
developing our support team,/n ensuring they deliver exceptional
care and client service. /n - Represent Louisville Family Animal
Hospital with a positive/n and professional image within the

We're looking for a leader who embodies our commitment

Medicine (DVM) or/n equivalent degree from an accredited
university. /n - Active and in good standing licensure to/n
