looking for a skilled Senior Cost Accountant to be responsible for
critical cost accounting functions that enable daily operations and
strategic decision-making across our manufacturing sites. In this
role, you will be a vital contributor to our day-to-day accounting
processes, providing crucial analysis on manufacturing costs,
inventory, and labor. You will also play a pivotal role in
month-end close and financial reporting. We are seeking a
proactive, highly skilled professional who can partner with
production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive
operational efficiency and provide valuable insights that directly
impact the profitability of our products. This position is fully
on-site in Denver, Colorado, and requires some periodic travel to
support our multiple locations. This is a full-time position.
(INDFIN) What You’ll Be Working On Cost Accounting & Analysis:
Plan, study, and collect data to accurately determine costs of
business activity, including raw material purchases, inventory, and
labor. You will review plant expenses, ensure accurate inventory
costing, review manufacturing order reports, and investigate
variances. Financial Reporting: Analyze actual manufacturing costs
and prepare periodic reports of Work In Process (WIP). You will
provide management with insightful reports specifying and comparing
factors affecting the prices and profitability of products or
services. Month-End Close: Act as a critical contributor to the
day-to-day accounting processes and procedures for Crusoe’s Tulsa
manufacturing entities, including dedicated participation in the
month-end close process. Process Improvement & Documentation:
Assist in developing and documenting key processes, developing
standard operational procedures, and identifying essential internal
controls to strengthen the finance function. Inventory Oversight:
Assist with monitoring the cycle count program, execute the
year-end physical inventory, and report results. You will be
responsible for reconciling raw material and finished goods
inventories. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with
production, engineering, and supply chain teams at all branches to
gain a deep understanding of operational processes and their direct
impact on costs. Audit Support: Assist with periodic audit
requests, ensuring data integrity and compliance. What You’ll Bring
to the Team Education: A 4-year degree in Accounting or a related
business field from a recognized university. Experience: 4 - 7
years of dedicated cost accounting experience is required.
Manufacturing Background: Accounting experience specifically within
a manufacturing environment is required. Technical Skills:
Exceptional Excel skills for advanced data manipulation and
analysis, and proven experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle,
Acumatica, etc.). Analytical Ability: Excellent variance analysis
and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to
identifying and resolving issues. Work Ethic & Collaboration: The
ability to work independently in a very fast-paced environment. You
must also possess the critical ability to effectively communicate
and work well with all levels of the organization. Certification
(Bonus): Seeking CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Values

Direct experience with the Acumatica ERP system. Experience with
financial reporting specific to inventory valuation in a

the range of $87,000 - $105,000.00 Bonus. Restricted Stock Units
