individuals to add to our team. We are currently looking to add a
Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to our Denver HQ team. This is
an on-site position in our downtown Denver headquarters. Position
Summary: Reporting into the VP of M&A and Corporate
Development, the Mergers & Acquisitions Associate will help to lead
the company's organic and inorganic development as it relates to
mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) to achieve growth,
differentiation, and/or new capabilities. The Associate will work
alongside the Vice President and Manager of M&A and Corporate
Development in identifying, evaluating, acquiring and integrating
the businesses necessary to meet its strategic objectives in close
collaboration with the senior leadership team. This role will
ultimately take ownership of Frontline’s smaller tuck-in
acquisition processes. The Associate will also lead and conduct
special projects/growth initiatives as applicable. Primary Roles
and Responsibilities Include: Assist in identifying appropriate
acquisition opportunities that support Frontline’s strategic
priorities through interaction with business leaders,
entrepreneurs, investment bankers and organic pipeline generation.
Evaluate the inflow of acquisition opportunities in addition to
identifying both sectors to target, and individual companies to
target. Coordinate with all levels of management to gather,
analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding
acquisitions, new business investments, and deal modeling. Develop
and manage pro forma valuation models and operating models -
including identification of synergies, forecasts and creative
structures. Manage due diligence with third party advisors across
business, financial, tax, and legal processes including organizing,
reviewing, and analyzing information received. Special projects,
analysis, and initiatives to support the overall growth of the
business. Assist in driving process improvements and memorialize
best practice/lessons learned for acquisition sourcing and
execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,
Accounting, Economics or a quantitative discipline. At least 2
years of M&A experience. Investment banking, private equity,
and/or corporate M&A experience preferred. Analytical,
methodical and rigorous approach; ability to independently take
apart complex business issues, quickly form a hypothesis and
synthesize/present conclusions in concise, easy-to- understand
terms is critical. Strong communication skills and the ability to
work both individually and cross functionally with team members of
all levels across business units and geographies. Skilled in
prioritizing a large number of initiatives. The ability to pivot
quickly as demands change in real-time and the ability to adjust
workflows to reflect practical time constraints are key. Ability to
deal with ambiguity and to manage multiple
constituencies/priorities to meet deadlines with minimal
supervision Self-motivated and high energy; can easily function in
a high-demand, fast paced, performance- driven environment Must be
willing to roll-up sleeves and get work done; this position
requires tactical, hands-on execution and a personal drive for
results Ability to identify opportunities through business judgment
and pattern recognition
