locally-owned real estate company as a key team member overseeing
daily office operations, supporting accounting functions, and
managing contract documentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage
office operations, supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Assist with AP/AR, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Review and organize contracts, leases, and related documents Ensure
timely documentation and compliance follow-ups Qualifications:
Experience in office management, admin, or bookkeeping Strong
organizational and communication skills QuickBooks & Excel
proficiency preferred Real estate or property management knowledge
