Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies , is actively seeking a professional and personable Receptionist for an immediate opening with one of our valued non-profit clients located in Denver . This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization while showcasing your administrative and customer service skills Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeano Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage front desk operations, including mail, deliveries, and supplies Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly and professional attitude Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.
