details below. Vantor is seeking a world-class Senior Executive
Assistant to serve as a true force multiplier for the CEO and
executive leadership. This is a high-impact role for a professional

Executive Assistant position. We’re looking for someone who is
proactive, resourceful, and deeply aligned with business goals. In
this role, you will serve as a true extension of the executives you
support, ensuring priorities are clear, time is protected, and
operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities : Top-performing
Executive Assistants in this role go beyond task management. They
act as force multipliers—bringing order to complexity, accelerating
decision-making, and enabling better business outcomes by: Optimiz
ing time, eliminating low-value tasks, and protecting high-impact
priorities (strategy, hiring, innovation). Prepar ing clear,
actionable briefings with context and trade-offs; ensure
follow-through on decisions. Filter ing incoming issues, resolve
where possible, and escalate appropriately while tracking to
completion. Enforc ing purpose, agendas, and preparation; capturing
outcomes and ensur ing accountability for next steps. Build ing and
maintain ing scalable workflows for planning, prioritization,
communications, and travel. Reinforc ing priorities, managing
stakeholder expectations, and handle sensitive interactions with
professionalism. Us ing approved AI and productivity tools to
streamline workflows while maintaining accuracy and
confidentiality. Coordinat ing end-to-end candidate experience,
scheduling, and executive briefings. Plan ning detailed,
contingency-ready travel with minimal executive involvement.
Anticipat ing workload pressures and proactively manage cadence to
maintain effectiveness. Partner ing with EAs and cross-functional
teams to standardize processes and improve executive office
efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 10 years as an
Executive Assistant, including 5 years supporting C-level
executives (CEO/ELT preferred); experience in fast-paced,
high-trust environments. This position requires working on-site at
least three days per week. Must work with composure to ensur e the
Executive Assistant team is cohesive, cooperative , trustin g and
accountable for all C-level needs. Operates independently with
strong decision-making within defined guardrails. Proven ability to
proactively manage time, priorities, and risks before they surface.
Demonstrated success managing complexity, driving execution, and
ensuring follow-through. Exceptional written and verbal skills;
able to produce clear, executive-ready materials. Trusted with
highly sensitive information; maintains the highest level of
integrity and professionalism. Past success operating in ambiguity
and rapidly chang ing environments with composure and
effectiveness. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams,
Concur, Workday, and modern collaboration tools. Experience with or
strong interest in leveraging AI to improve productivity while
maintaining quality control. Understands how executive support

fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based
on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the
experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work
location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum
necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for
the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay
range. ? The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $30.75
- $51.25 hourly. For all other states, we use geographic cost of
labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles,
and as such, each location where we hire may have a different
