Representing the company at industry events, jobsite tours,
networking functions, and happy hours. Building relationships with
developers, landlords, architects, brokers, and other players in
the real estate and construction ecosystem. Staying on top of who’s
moving where in the Denver market—and what that means for upcoming
projects and partnerships. Collaborating closely with internal
leadership and preconstruction teams to hand off leads and help
shape the pursuit strategy. Acting as a connector and a
listener—someone who can pick up on cues, build trust, and match
the right project with the right timing. What They’re Looking For:
Someone outgoing, approachable, and emotionally intelligent—no
egos, no bravado. A strong understanding of the Denver real estate
and architecture ecosystem, even if you come from a different piece
of it. A strategic thinker who’s astute at reading people and
navigating unstructured environments—this isn’t plug-and-play, it’s
