Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented professional to
join our team. This role requires a combination of technical
proficiency, client relationship management, and market strategy
execution. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver
high-quality service and communication to both internal and

Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional,
and timely written and verbal communication with clients and
internal teams. Perform joist and deck estimates using specialized
estimating software. Build and maintain strong, long-term
partnerships with clients. Collaborate with the commercial team to
develop and implement effective market strategies. Establish and
nurture relationships within the local engineering community by
participating in industry events and networking opportunities. Be
available for business travel as needed. Demonstrate flexibility by
working beyond standard business hours when required Profile
Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret architectural and
structural drawings, as well as project specifications, with a
solid understanding of the construction process. Bachelor's degree
in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Willingness and eligibility
to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure upon meeting all
requirements. Experience in customer service and sales related role
