The Opportunity Our experienced Residential Plumbers serve our customers throughout the Denver metro and Front Range area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Residential Plumber Compensation & Benefits $80,000-175,000 annual earnings on a performance-based compensation plan Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) company match 40 hours of PTO 48 hours of Sick Time Off 6 Paid Holidays 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month Company vehicle and gas card Company-paid cell phone and tablet Residential Plumber Responsibilities Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies Install, repair, and maintain residential structures' pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures. Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out - keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time Build and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with both leadership and peers Carry out readings on machines with a full understanding of the implications of such readings Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other team members Residential Plumber Preferred Qualifications 2 years of residential plumber experience Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Residential Plumber Requirements 1 years of residential plumbing experience Willingness to undergo background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to regularly lift 100 lbs. throughout the course of the workday Schedule : M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM.
