skilled and motivated Project Engineer. Our client is a

the western United States. Job Overview: We are seeking a talented
and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support construction
management activities within the electrical construction industry.
The Project Engineer will work closely with senior project
management teams to ensure successful project execution, including
overseeing project plans, specifications, cost estimates,
scheduling, and field operations. This is an opportunity to join a
growing company with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and
quality in their construction operations. Key Responsibilities:
Support senior project management teams with the interpretation of
construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Assist with the
preparation of cost estimates, project scheduling, and ensure the
accurate maintenance of project records. Monitor subcontractor
submissions, ensuring that required approvals are obtained before
work begins. Provide assistance in preparing statements of work,
submittals, change orders, and necessary daily/weekly reports.
Promote a culture of safety on-site by ensuring compliance with
safety standards and regulations. Regularly inspect construction
materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet quality
and project specifications. Ensure that work progress adheres to
the project timeline and specifications. Assist with on-site
inspections and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth
project execution. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
to meet project milestones and deadlines. Assist with client
communication and provide project updates as required. Provide
periodic support for other construction-related duties as assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of
education and experience). 3-5 years of experience in the
construction industry, specifically within electrical or general
construction operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project or
Primavera. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
construction drawings. Strong organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to think
practically and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members,
subcontractors, and clients. Willingness to travel occasionally to
client sites and office locations as needed. What We Offer:
