Pathologist (School-Based) Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Assignment Duration: 43 Weeks Schedule: Day Shift 5 days/week 7.5
hours/day Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $48–$55 per hour
Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified
and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy
services in a school-based setting. The SLP will be responsible for
evaluating, planning, and delivering evidence-based speech and
language interventions to students while collaborating closely with
educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations in
accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Develop and
implement evidence-based treatment plans to address students’
communication needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school
staff to support student progress and integrate therapy goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress
notes and IEP updates Participate in multidisciplinary meetings,
school activities, and professional development sessions Provide
guidance and education to students, families, and staff on
effective communication strategies Required Qualifications Master’s
degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure or
eligibility to practice in Colorado Prior school-based experience
preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal
