Hybrid Bonus Stock Growing company Job Details Responsibilities: Review and interpret a variety of documents including title opinions, oil and gas leases, deeds, probate records, assignments, and contracts to confirm ownership. Build and maintain accurate Revenue and Joint Interest Billing (JIB) decks for operated and non-operated properties. Handle complex ownership transfers, title curative matters, and pay code modifications efficiently. Ensure the precision and consistency of Division of Interest (DOI) records within Quorum OnDemand. Investigate and resolve ownership conflicts, suspended funds, and other discrepancies, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual standards. Prepare, issue, and manage Division Orders and Transfer Orders with a high degree of accuracy. Develop, document, and maintain internal workflows, best practices, and departmental procedures. Offer guidance, training, and quality assurance for less experienced team members. Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions and divestitures and assist with audits as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred 8 years of relevant experience in Division Order, Land Administration, or a similar role is required.
