Job Description Job Description: A nationally recognized engineering consulting company seeks an experienced Graduate Engineer for a position located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The primary responsibility of this individual will be to provide a combination of engineering support services, as well as construction inspection and quality assurance/quality control services specific to mine reclamation. We are seeking and individual with the following qualifications: Experience in AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD 3D software applications Familiarity of Carlson Civil Suite and Natural Regrade software (helpful but not required) A solid understanding of landscape and grading construction Experience with topographic surveying and mapping techniques Ability to provide construction oversight, inspections and any documentation related to such Travel will be associated with this position. Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Mine and/or Civil Engineering, possess an EIT, and have at least 1 year of experience in the Construction Management field. Additionally, the candidate must have at least 1 year of experience with heavy construction equipment operation. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, solid oral and written communication skills, and must be capable in the writing of constructions specifications. Additional desirable qualifications include knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
