Job Description:

The City of Cheyenne is now seeking Engineers, hiring immediately.
Job Descriptions:
Civil Staff Engineer - Coordinate activities with other City Departments and outside agencies; provide highly responsible and technical administrative support for street, drainage, solid waste, landfill, and related projects; including construction, restoration or repair, and various other miscellaneous work to ensure conformance with the City Standard Specifications and other State or Federal Agency Safety and Construction Standards.
Senior Staff Engineer - To perform the technical review of plans, reports, and specifications; to design and administer engineering projects; respond to citizen concerns; and to provide complex and administrative support to the Deputy City Engineer and City Engineer.
Traffic Engineer - Develops goals and objectives, establishes priorities, and oversees the activities of staff responsible for professional traffic engineering duties including project management, preparation of design plans, specifications, standards, and plans related to traffic signals, traffic control systems, transportation systems, illumination systems and traffic safety improvements.
