Job Description:
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to
produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a
cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software
development life cycle, from conception to deployment.As a Senior
Fullstack Engineer, you should be comfortable around both front-end
and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and
third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a
knack for visual design and utility.If you're also familiar with
Agile methodologies, we'd like to meet you.Your
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable web services, APIs and backend data
modules.
- Writing low-level and high-level code
- Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency
- Collaborating with the design and product teams to ensure
delivery of high value products
- Understand requirements and develop reusable code using design
patterns & component architecture and write unit test cases.
- Collaborate with the technology team and help influence modern
standards, patterns and best practices at GridX
- Stay current with the latest tools, technology trends and
methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and
ideas to key decision makers.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science
or equivalent experience
- 5+years of experience as a full stack engineer
- Advanced knowledge of front-end languages and libraries
including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, Svelte.
- Proficient in at least one back-end language such as Java,
Python, Rails, Ruby, .NET, and PHP
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- High-level project management skillsYour LocationBecause much
of the US Engineering team is based in Denver, CO, it is required
that the selected candidate be located in the Denver area. The role
will include occasional work at a GridX shared office or attendance
at offsites and/or customer sites, as determined by your role's
responsibilities and agreed to with your manager.Your time is
valuable! Please note we will only be reviewing applications for
those who reside in our preferred location.CompensationCompensation
is determined by several factors which may include skillset,
experience level, and geographic location. The expected base salary
range for this role in the Denver area is $140,000 to $160,000 per
year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary
