Job Description Job Description Soldering Technician - Cable Assembly Title: Production Lead - Wire Harness Assembly Location: Longmont, CO 80501 Hourly Pay: 18 to 21 per hour (Progression Available) Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday - 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM What You Will Be Doing Solder pins, connectors, and components using soldering irons and resistance soldering tools Assemble cables and wire harnesses including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, labeling, potting, and molding Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions Perform in process inspections and report any quality issues, scrap, or part shortages Troubleshoot and rework parts using standard hand tools Follow safety procedures and production standards What You Need For This Job Hands on soldering experience ; resistance, through hole, or solder cup experience is a plus Experience with cable or wire harness assembly strongly preferred Ability to read drawings and follow written and verbal instructions Strong manual and finger dexterity for small component work Ability to work independently or as part of a team and communicate clearly Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work overtime as needed What's In It For You Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k with match, and more If interested, please send an updated resume with your desired pay to CHRIS.BARBER@CYBERCODERS.COM - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
