Job Description:
A payment technology company is seeking a Remote Product Design
and UX Director. Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities: Lead design projects in cross-functional agile
teams Create user flows, anticipating edge cases and errors
Evangelize best-practices in UX by presenting user needs and
research Skills and Requirements Include: 7+ years of mobile
Product Design experience 3+ years experience hiring and mentoring
designers Ability to work in Figma, and other software as needed
for prototyping and presentations Ability to iterate on designs and
testing (e.g. a/b and fake door) Ability to actively contribute to
the standards and style guide Ability to present and explain user
flows and designs to stakeholders, engineers, and product
