US.* ICF's Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing,
entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking an IT Project
Manager. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation
services for Federal agencies. Our services focus on enabling
agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading
low-code and open-source platforms, mobile applications, robotics
process automation, and data analytics platforms. We are partnered
with some of the world's leading and most innovative companies like
Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and UiPath. We focus on offering
a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation,
integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers. We are
currently seeking to hire an agile IT Project Manager with a
consultant mindset to lead our cloud application development
projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for working
closely with the Program Manager to deliver client engagements by
leading one or more scrum teams and deliver specific assigned tasks
for customer projects. The ideal candidate is a highly customer
centric, seasoned leader who clearly takes the time to understand
the customer mission and ensures that their team(s) align the
solution with the customer needs. This person will lead one or more
agile teams to deliver business value to the customer Agile best
practices via the Scrum and Kanban frameworks. The candidate should
possess excellent communication, analytical, and time management
skills. In addition, the candidate must be able to manage changing
business priorities and be able to adapt quickly to shape the
deliverables accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Understand
customer business goals clearly and represent those needs to the
agile team(s) to ensure technical deliverables are fully aligned
with business needs. - Communicate with the customers in business
terms without the use of any technical or (agile) procedural
terminology - Proactively communicate with the customers and client
leadership to manage expectations and produce a delivery roadmap
and milestones. - Work in a matrixed mode and lead cross
disciplinary teams to develop, iterate, and refine business
solutions. - Work collaboratively across disciplines to effectively
scope and scale our delivery framework, and enforce priorities
based on changing business needs. - Establish, maintain, and
communicate schedules, roadmaps, and release plans in accordance
with customer and stakeholder needs. - Schedule and drive
continuous value delivery through agile ceremonies virtually (e.g.,
backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story estimation, daily
stand ups, sprint demos, retrospectives etc.). - Build and
communicate project management deliverables including status
reports, contract-required project documents, risks, issues, etc. -
Manage contract budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track
resources using financial management / tracking tools. - Perform
continuous risk assessment and mitigation; work with management to
identify and remove resource, feasibility, and technical barriers
that can impede development. - Maintain a positive, value-oriented
work environment by building partnerships with the customer, as
well as internal and external partners. - Mentor team members on
communication best practices, customer centricity, and business
value delivery - Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration,
innovation, and excellence in the work environment and continuously
elevate the quality and caliber of the organization. - Manage
projects independently, be self-motivated to identify and manage
risks, and committed to achieving project goals and milestones.
Required Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or 4
additional years of professional experience - 5+ years of customer
centric project management experience leading business value
delivery - Must be able to pass a background check to obtain the US
Government Public Trust Clearance - Demonstrated knowledge of
customer focus and problem solving in a complex environment with
changing business priorities Preferred Qualifications: - ?
Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP certification preferred -
Experience working on US Government contracts - Demonstrated
experience with the agile software development lifecycle including
working with cross disciplinary teams, including strategy, user
experience, and engineering - Experience with reporting and
dashboarding tools - Ability to provide strategic guidance to the
customer and project team - Excellent knowledge of and experience
with software development process and agile delivery methods -
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal -
Proficiency working with JIRA and Confluence - Ability to influence
and achieve results through effective negotiation and problem

.Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is :$100,034.00 - $170,058.00Nationwide
