About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dairy Manager to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the dairy department to achieve sales and profit goals
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of dairy department employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectivesRequirements
  • 2+ years of retail grocery experience, preferably in a dairy department
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
