Assistant Vitamin Manager Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to lead the Vitamin team, providing exceptional customer service and promoting healthy living choices.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage and merchandise the Vitamin department for maximum productivity and profit
  
• Order and inventory control, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team
  
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork
  
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products, exceptional service, and a great customer experience
  
• Provide guidance on vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products to customers
  
• Recruit, hire, develop, mentor, and motivate the Vitamin team
  
• Unload and sort store deliveries
  
• Ensure execution of company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • At least 18 years old and 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties
    
  • Dependable and reliable, with ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    
  • Outgoing and friendly behavior, positive attitude, and ability to interact with customers
    
  • Good communication skills and ability to give and take direction in a team environment
    
  • Ability to perform physical demands, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
