The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, performance-driven, innovative, and collaborative. This role supports the West US region.This is a remote position, ideally based in Arizona, California, or Colorado.The Human Resources Business Partner provides consultation and support to senior leaders, operational teams, and clients to optimize HR strategies. Responsibilities include:What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture across rapidly growing Schools by executing HR strategies.
• Implement initiatives that promote change, engagement, and a strong company culture to support growth.
• Collaborate with business and Campus leaders on performance management and growth strategies.
• Ensure decisions protect and enhance Sodexo's culture and brand.
• Coach leaders to develop a performance and feedback culture.
• Align organizational structures with business goals.
• Optimize work processes and systems for efficiency across disciplines.
• Define roles and responsibilities aligned with key priorities.
