delight our clients.The Senior OCM Consultant will lead and manage
high-impact organizational change management initiatives,
navigating complex organizational structures to deliver effective
adoption strategies. This role requires collaboration with business
leaders to understand change goals, developing and implementing
comprehensive communication and training plans, and identifying and
addressing potential resistance. The consultant will contribute to
business growth by supporting proposal development and client
presentations, while adhering to project governance and reporting
requirements. They will also mentor and coach team members,
contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and
tools, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of OCM

- Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively
deliver OCM solutions.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal
development and client presentations.
- Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals
and develop effective adoption strategies.
- Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM
delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies
and tools.
- Develop and implement effective communication and training
plans.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of OCM
deliverables.
- Identify and address potential resistance to change.Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology
consulting
- Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and
problem-solving
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and
stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)Optional
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Organizational Change Management or related
field
- Process design expertise
- Experience with digital communication and training tools
- Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)The compensation
range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on
a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending
on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time
roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or
salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local
minimum wage requirement.Applications will be accepted on a rolling
