As a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering, you will be responsible
for defining testing strategies, methodologies, processes and tool
utilization based on best practices and managing a team of Quality
Assurance associates to ensure quality solutions are delivered. You
will be responsible for identifying engineering quality assurance
needs and determining the appropriate solutions. The broad range of
responsibilities include leading a quality assurance team,
partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and
delivering on the service level agreements. This includes
monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving
process improvements, resource planning & optimization and
performance management.

Salary
The base salary range is $ 140,000 - 150,000 USD per year, total on
target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives
that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries
will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and
competencies.
