  • Responsibilities:
  • This role is part of the Business Development Technical Teams within the North America Regions.
  • Provide technology leadership supporting engineering and sales activities under broad direction.
  • Maximize profitability through technology, field studies, cross-PSL applications, integrated solutions, reservoir simulations, and sales abilities.
  • Make decisions and recommendations with authoritative impact on engineering, sales, and related activities.
  • Develop and maintain profitable relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
  • Understand and promote HES's quality directives and possess a broad understanding of business and technology aspects of product service lines.
  • Manage staff performance and salaries through hiring, performance appraisals, coaching, mentoring, and training arrangements.Qualifications
  • Typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Material Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of 13 years of experience in PSL field operations, Business Development, or Engineering, including management experience.
  • Possession of a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer certification is usually required.
  • Must be knowledgeable about oil and gas technology and current on Halliburton's technologies portfolio.
  • Excellent personal relationship-building, communication, and motivation skills, with an open mind and optimistic outlook.
  • Reasonable knowledge of industry contracting standards, financial planning, and analysis skills.Hiring UpCandidates exceeding minimum requirements may be considered for higher positions based on experience, additional qualifications, and business needs, ranging from Technical Business Development Manager to Sr. Manager.World Class Benefits
