Locations: Ft. Collins and surrounding areas
Wage: $50.00-$300.00 per day, plus visit pay if visit is required.

We are looking for two Registered Nurses (RN) for after hours and on call.

Mon-Fri. 5:00pm - 8:00am Saturday and Sunday 24 hours.

These shifts can be broken down between nurses (RN) with a weekend rotation.

Required Qualifications

• Trech/ Vent, IV Certified
• Able to assess patients needs over the phone and be available if a visit is needed to trouble shoot IV, Wound Vacs, new or worsening symptoms.
• Calls are screened first by the office and you will only receive calls if RN is required to assist.

  Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Implement physicians' orders, administer medications, perform treatments, procedures and special tests, and document treatment as required
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
  • Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
  • Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to create care plan.
  • Direct and guide paraprofessional staff.
    Job Requirements
    
    
    • Available in the evenings and weekends.
    • Home health care experience or chronic disease management.
    • Excellent communication skills and enjoys patient teaching.
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado, in good standing.
    • Current health care CPR (BLS) certification.
