*Compensation: $80,000 - $84,000 in salary, sign-on bonus, benefits, and UNLIMITED PTO!*Our client is looking for Registered Nurses to join their growing home health care team in the Central Denver, CO area.Their mission is to redefine care for the most vulnerable children. The healthcare system is failing special needs children, especially those from underserved homes. The company's founder grew up on Medicaid (public insurance) and personally knows the desperation of being unable to afford necessary medical care.*The Role:*Our client is looking for a reliable and passionate registered nurse to join their home health care team in the Central Denver, CO area as an RN Case Manager._You will help develop a plan of care and deliver high-quality, skilled nursing for the families of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)._*In this Role you will:** Visit the homes of patients every 60 days.* Create care plans, provide care in-home to children, and oversee patient progress.* Inform parents about their childrens health and provide coaching support.* Leverage telehealth to scale the impact of your time, communicate with the care team, and interact with families.* Be the critical voice for working to help children meet great health outcomes and furthering our client's mission.*Requirements:** Must be a registered nurse with at least 2 years experience and currently licensed in the state of Colorado or hold a compact license* Experience working with and training family CNAs, preferred* Must live in the Denver, CO area or be willing to relocate* Must have CPR certification.* Home care experience REQUIRED* Pediatric experience, preferred.* BLS certified, required* PALS certified, preferred*Benefits Include:** Competitive medical, vision, dental, 401K, and life insurance* Work from home options and a stipend to set up a comfortable home office* Tools for telehealth, such as a MacBook and iPad* Unlimited paid-time-off (PTO)* Paid company trips to Clients headquarters and team bonding retreats******Daily Schedule*****:*Monday:* Mandatory Nurse meeting in office 9am-10:30am* The rest of the day is admin day for nurses to work for home and get all their tasks completedTuesday-Friday:* In-person recertifications - Max 3 per day. Usually 2 recerts per day* In-person start of care assessment - Max 3 per week.
