• Employment Type: TravelA reputable SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits.The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills.Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or in the process of obtaining licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders
  • Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals
  • Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills
