Job Description:
Looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home
healthcare team in various contract, part-time, full-time, or
salaried roles.
Responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care,
documenting therapy goals, and rehab services.
Pay ranges from $75-$90 per visit with bi-weekly pay, flexible
hours, and support for chosen service areas.
No OASIS documentation required-----"handled by the Nursing
Team.
Qualifications include CPR certification, compassion, attention to
detail, adaptability, reliability, and a passion for growth.
