  • Position Summary:L.P.N. is responsible for providing and documenting quality nursing care under the direction of the R.N. Under the supervision of the R.N., provides nursing care, which promotes the optimal potential of the patient. This includes utilizing the nursing process according to the patient's age appropriations, participates in COI, pursues professional growth, and assists with student and new employee education.
    • Position Requirements:
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration:Current licensure in the State of Colorado as an LPN, or current active multistate LPN licensure.Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
      • Education:Graduate of an LPN program.
        • Experience:Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
