Mobile Care HealthMobile Care Health is a Denver-based concierge medical services provider. Locally, we provide primary and urgent care services on an ongoing and on an on-call basis. We bring the care and treatment patients need to where they are when they need it.Mobile Care Health also has a robust multi-state practice. Using best-in-class telehealth technology, we provide patients with hormone balancing, weight management programs, peptide services, sexual health services, mental health care, and preventative medicine. To support our mission and our growth, we are seeking to add a Denver Family Nurse Practitioner to our team.Your RoleThe Denver NP will interact with patients, providing thoughtful care related to all aspects of patient care. You'll interact with patients via telehealth, in the clinic, and as a mobile provider. Following patients for ongoing care needs, you'll support patients in meeting their goals for concierge medicine, weight management, sexual health, hormone balancing, and overall healthier lives through primary care services.The Denver NP will bring compassion to each patient interaction and a self-directed work style to each day as part of the Mobile Care Health team.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Day-to-Day patient care, including:
• Assessment and diagnosis
• Treatment planning for long term goals
• Acute treatment support where appropriate, including referral to local hospitals or emergency room
• Focused treatment, including:
• Weight management
• Sexual Health
• Hormone balancing
• Mental health
• Documentation and communication via secured patent portal and telehealth platformsQualifications include:
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current board certification from AACN or ANCC
  • 5 years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or 5 years experience with dual certification that includes pediatrics
  • Prescriptive authority in good standing
  • Active DEA license in Colorado
  • Ability to operate independently While not required, previous specialization with the following areas of care may support a successful candidate in the remote, multi-state NP role; - Weight loss management - Sexual health - Hormone balancing/endocrinology - Mental health - Strong comfort level with telehealth and remote care managementThis role is intended as an employee of Mobile Care Health. We may, at our sole discretion, consider a 1099 contractor role, however such consideration will require a minimum number of guaranteed hours of availability by the successful candidate each week.Compensation$80/hr
