Home Health Care is currently seeking a per diem Registered Nurse
(RN) to join the team in Loveland, CO. This office works with adult
and senior clients on a per visit basis in homes throughout Larimer
and Weld Counties. One-year prior clinical experience as a
Registered Nurse is required. As a home health nurse, you will be
an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that
provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients,
affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required
to remain at home. Caring for patients one-on-one using your

nurse: • A current Colorado nursing license in good standing •
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as
indicated by school transcript or diploma Type: Per Diem, Part Time
Pay: Weekly, $55 per visit point based on experience As an
accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care
