We specialize in integrated autism care specifically designed for young children with autism./n Role Overview: /n As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Soar, you will: /n - Design and execute naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2-6 years in a center-based environment. - Develop targeted interventions to enhance clients' gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding abilities, and performance in other daily activities. - Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical domains (ABA, speech therapy, psychology), including conducting co-treatments with the speech therapy team. - Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding them in integrating OT goals into their therapy sessions and supporting their professional development. - Regularly monitor client progress, revising treatment plans and objectives as needed, and ensuring effective communication with team members and families. - Forge strong partnerships with families, setting collaborative goals, fostering meaningful relationships, communicating progress, and offering dedicated coaching and support throughout their journey. /n Qualifications: /n - A degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field - Current licensure as a Occupational Therapist - Experience in working with children with autism or related developmental disorders - Strong understanding of and commitment to early intervention and integrated care approaches - Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for supporting the growth and development of children with autism /n What You'll Get /n - Quality medical ($0 deductible), dental, and vision plans - A company 401K with company contribution after a year of service - 11 company holidays plus 15 additional days off - Options for 4x10 or 5x8 work schedules for full time OTs - Short-term disability for all staff covered by Soar - Student loan reimbursement assistance - Receive trainings and continuing education, and work with national experts in occupational therapy - Real multidisciplinary collaboration with a team of other autism care professionals.
