Protouch Staffing is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a travel job in Denver, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: Home Health ~ Discipline: LPN / LVN ~ Start Date: 07/21/2025 ~ Duration: 13 weeks ~40 hours per week ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel Shift: M-F until shift is complete 30 units per week Denver and surrounding areas Home health and HCHB desired 40 hours, no weekend/on-call requirement but can work extra if work available. Territory would be Horry county. Productivity expectation is 30 units/week. Skills Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required OASIS Experience - Required Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required CHPN certification - Preferred Proof of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license - Required Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required 2 years Home health experience - Required.
