A specialized opportunity is open for an Interventional Radiology Technologist with experience in imaging procedures to support a well-equipped unit in the Denver area. This contract position offers a rewarding environment for professionals skilled in using Siemens IR equipment and performing advanced procedures such as Y-90 treatments, lines, complex biliary work, biopsies, and vascular interventions. Responsibilities include: Operating Siemens IR imaging technology for a range of interventional procedures Collaborating with a skilled team of technologists to ensure high-quality patient care Managing complex vascular and biliary interventions, biopsies, and Y-90 radiotherapies Adhering to established unit policies and safety guidelines Maintaining accurate records using Meditech EMR systems Participating in an on-call rotation for weekday and weekend coverage Desired Qualifications: Valid VI (Vascular Interventional) Certification is required Minimum of 2 years of IR experience, preferably with Siemens equipment Strong interpersonal skills emphasizing accountability, a positive attitude, and teamwork Comfort with working both day shifts and on-call shifts as scheduled Schedule: Day shift: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week On-call: One weekday and one weekend day per month Location Insight:Located near the scenic Rocky Mountains, this position provides the perfect balance between professional growth and mountain life enjoyment.
