working primarily on a progressive care unit with a focus on

Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult
patients on the progressive care unit (PCU), including monitoring
cardiac and medical conditions. - Float across inpatient medical,
telemetry, and rehab units as needed, adapting to varied patient
needs. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to
ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Utilize Meditech EMR for
accurate documentation and patient management. - Demonstrate
flexibility in shift assignments, specifically covering 7 PM to 7
AM hours. Desired Qualifications: - Current RN license with at
least 2 years of strong telemetry experience. - Certification in
BLS and ACLS required. - Chemo certification a plus, with potential
scheduling on oncology units. - Proven ability to work
collaboratively and exhibit compassion in patient care. -
Flexibility and willingness to float among units in a supportive
team environment. Additional Details: - Unit includes 345 beds with
a staff float pool supporting about 80 team members. - Patient
ratios typically average 1:5 during both day and night shifts. -

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
