5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, 2 out of 3 weekends (Night) Hours per Week: 48

people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Provide expert, compassionate
care for laboring patients and newborns in a fast-paced environment
Circulate and scrub for deliveries including C-sections when needed
Manage NICU-level needs as this role has heavy NICU requirements
Perform neonatal resuscitation and immediate postnatal
stabilization as indicated Collaborate closely with obstetricians,
pediatric teams, and NICU staff to ensure safe outcomes Document
assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and
promptly Participate in unit performance expectations and adapt to
regional quality standards Qualifications Active RN license
(required) to practice in the assigned state Required
certifications: ACLS, NRP, BLS Hands-on Labor & Delivery experience
with NICU exposure — NICU experience is required Experience
circulating and scrubbing for C-sections is highly preferred
Comfort working night shift and covering weekend rotations (2 out
of 3 weekends) Knowledge & Skills Labor and Delivery clinical
skills NICU care and neonatal support Circulating and scrub duties
for C-sections Pediatrics experience as an advantage Ability to
perform under the regional performance expectations and clinical
protocols Strong communication and teamwork in high-acuity
