Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Englewood, CO Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,916 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Neurotrauma – Colorado Start Date: December 22, 2025 Location: Englewood, Colorado Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Seasonal Travel Assignment; Patient ratio 4:1 to 5:1 Highlights: 38-bed specialized neurotrauma unit with an experienced team of 55 clinical staff Advanced neuro patient population including stroke, seizure monitoring, and complex neurological conditions Meditech EMR system with comprehensive neuro assessment protocols Work with cutting-edge equipment including seizure monitoring technology, IV pumps, Bi-pap, and C-pap devices Collaborative night shift team including charge nurse support and dedicated PCTs Seasonal travel opportunity with competitive benefits for qualified candidates Requirements: Active RN license Current BLS certification required NIH certification required Strong Medical-Surgical nursing background required ACLS certification preferred Neuro nursing experience strongly preferred Experience with NIH/stroke assessments, neurological assessments, trach care, and feeding tube management Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nurse dedicated to the neuro patient population who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
