for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals

position performs a variety of clerical, administrative and
customer service functions to support pharmacy operations in
accordance with state and federal regulations. This positions
assists patients with medication pick up, scheduling follow up
appointments, packaging and shipping orders for delivery, and
gathering documentation for their party reimbursement and patient
assistance programs. Additional Requirement Valid driver’s license
required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on
overall candidate experience and current needs of the business.

month following your date of hire. Essential Job Functions Greet
and communicate with patients in trauma-informed and respectful
manner. Providing ready-to-pick-up medications to patients,
including accessing the pharmacy operating system to determine if
prescription is ready for pick up or delivery Schedule follow up
appointments for patients, as communicated from various integrated
health team members Assisting with packaging and processing
medication orders for site delivery Obtaining documentations and
filing paperwork as directed by pharmacists Record all clinical
services in a timely and complete fashion in the EHR and RXQ
(pharmacy operating system) Maintain up to date records in EHR &
RXQ Record telephone and other clinical communications as needed in
the EHR & RXQ. Manage tasks, PAQ and scanning as needed to have a
complete and current chart. Maintain accurate information regarding
client’s insurance status and complete CCARs/DACODs and other
clinical authorization documentation as needed. Performs other
duties as assigned. Qualifications Summary High school or
equivalent experience 6 months of customer service experience
Consistently superb customer service skills; excellent
interpersonal/assertive communications skills demonstrating a high
degree of emotional intelligence. Knowledge of homeless issues and
demonstrated sensitivity to and a desire to work with underserved
