A contract opportunity is available for a Sign Language Interpreter specializing in telehealth services within a school environment located in Denver, CO. This role involves facilitating effective communication between hearing-impaired students and their educators or healthcare providers through remote interpreting sessions. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and clear sign language interpretation during telehealth sessions. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Collaborate with educators and medical staff to ensure accessibility. Adapt to varying communication needs of students. Manage scheduling and availability as outlined in the contract agreement. Desired Qualifications: Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation. Experience in telehealth interpreting preferred. Familiarity with educational settings and terminology.
