Job Description:

seeks an experienced and dedicated Charge Nurse to join our dynamic
team. This role involves overseeing nursing staff and ensuring that
high standards of patient care are maintained. The Charge Nurse
will act as a pivotal link between patients, nurses, and other
healthcare professionals, coordinating daily administrative duties
alongside direct patient care responsibilities. This position
offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that
prioritizes patient wellness and staff development. Manage and
supervise nursing staff within a specific unit or department.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety
standards. Monitor patient care and oversee the maintenance of
patient records. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to
improve patient care efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a mentor
for staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging
professional growth. Handle scheduling, staffing, and
administrative duties as needed. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare
team members. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of health
and safety guidelines Ability to handle stress and make decisions
under pressure Proficient in using healthcare software and system
databases Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) preferred
