Job Description:

In this role, nurses are crucial in managing complex patient care
involving severe illnesses or injuries. Our collaborative

advancements. This role demands a dedicated individual ready to
make a significant impact on patient outcomes. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation
systems. Initiate corrective action whenever information from
monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology. Administer
medications, monitor vital signs, and provide inputs for treatment
plans and evaluations. Work collaboratively with physicians and
other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of
care. Advocate for patients’ and families’ needs, or provide
emotional support for patients and their families. High proficiency
in using medical software and electronic health records. Excellent
decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure
environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in critical care nursing procedures and protocols.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or
eligible for transfer. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
certification preferred.
