What You’ll Be Doing: Provide physical therapy in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting at the beautiful Hover Senior Living Community in Longmont, CO. Hover Senior Living Community is a nonprofit SNF that operates off the GreenHouse model—this is not your typical SNF!
