ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Call shifts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM one day per week • Weekend call once every 6 weeks when SSC ortho doctor is on call • Must be able to circulate independently as RN • CNOR certification preferred • Meditech experience preferred • RN who can scrub preferred • Work in main OR with 14 operating rooms (including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs) • Patient ratio of 1:1 • Perform all surgical procedures except transplants • Work with standard OR equipment and Stryker Video systems • Use Meditech EMR system • Must be friendly and adaptable to change • Position located on 3rd floor Facility: This comprehensive healthcare facility is a 408-bed hospital featuring a state-of-the-art surgical department with 14 operating rooms including specialty hybrid cardiovascular and cystoscopy suites. The facility employs 60 FTE staff members in the OR department including OR RNs, CSTs, PCTs, anesthesia technicians, and various leadership roles. The organization maintains high staffing levels with 14-16 RNs and CSTs during day shifts, ensuring excellent patient care and support. The facility performs a wide range of surgical procedures and utilizes modern technology including Stryker Video systems.
