Job Description:

UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehab team in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our nonprofit healthcare system focuses on providing exceptional patient-centered care in our state-of-the-art facilities across Colorado. In this role, you will develop and administer physical therapy treatment programs to help improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities in an outpatient setting. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans and contribute to patient recovery and well-being. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention plans. Implement treatment plans using techniques such as massage, stretching, and exercise. Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Educate patients and families on treatments and prevention strategies. Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Proven ability to perform manual therapy techniques Knowledge of therapeutic exercise Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess patient condition and adapt treatment plans Proficiency with healthcare information systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
