Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients. Monitor patient conditions continuously and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals. Participate in educational workshops and training to enhance professional skills. Implement patient care plans and perform diagnostics and administration of medication. Document patient care services and adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Mentor and guide junior nurses and nursing students. Strong clinical skills in a cardiac care setting Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Colorado BLS certified ACLS certification strongly preferred CCRN certification is a plus
