Job Details Assignment Type: Locum tenens CRNA / nurse anesthetist Location: Torrington, WY 82240 — Goshen County (Wyoming locum tenens) Duration: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026) Schedule: Hospital shifts Monday–Thursday, 7am–5pm; call rotation Monday–Thursday, 5pm–7am; Friday–Sunday, 24-hour call Shift Length: 12-hour shifts Shifts per Week: 3 Hours per Week: 36 Job Requirements Minimum 1 year practicing as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) Active Wyoming license required (CRNA licensure) Active Wyoming DEA registration required Required certifications: ACLS, PALS/APLS, NRP Demonstrated ability to perform regional anesthesia blocks and standard anesthetic techniques Strong perioperative assessment, airway management, and pediatric/obstetric anesthesia skills Responsibilities Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across a varied case mix: adult (90%), pediatric (2.5%), OB C-section (2.5%), and vaginal deliveries (5%) Deliver anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and obstetric cases in a hospital setting Perform regional anesthesia blocks and advanced airway management as indicated Participate in rotating on-call coverage to maintain 24/7 anesthesia provider availability Collaborate with surgeons, obstetricians, pediatric teams, and perioperative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality perioperative care Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and comply with hospital policies, quality metrics, and patient safety protocols Why Torrington, WY?
